Meet Our Therapists

Wendy

Hello! I’m Wendy. I am a Latina licensed Professional Counselor and ADHD- Certified Clinical Service Provider. I have worked for more than 10 years as a licensed professional counselor with kids, teens, couples, and adults. I am committed to providing personalized support using evidence-based and holistic approaches to help you feel confident and in charge of your life. As a provider and person living with ADHD,  I understand the complexities of motivation, perfectionism, defensiveness, high anxiety, and trauma. I am passionate about helping clients feel understood and learn how to foster balance, confidence, and self-compassion. It is my passion and honor to guide people toward finding a more fulfilling life while taking charge of their ADHD.

Ultimately, clients chose to work with me because they feel a sense of connection, safety, trust, and confidence in my ability to support them on their journey toward self-discovery, growth, and healing.

Julie

Hello! I’m Julie. I'm a French and American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas, with over eight years of experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate difficult times. I have extensive experience supporting people through life transitions, ADHD, anger management, couple issues, anxiety, and depression. I focus on helping clients build healthy communication and coping skills to deal with their challenges effectively.

I truly believe that everyone has the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change, no matter what obstacles they may face. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences openly. Together, we work to recognize strengths, adjust thoughts and behaviors, and make positive, lasting changes.
